Waitlist privacy notice.

1. Who we are

Tutor Atlas is building an assistant for independent tutors in Singapore. For this waitlist, Tutor Atlas is responsible for deciding what is collected and why.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests go to hello@tutoratlas.sg. A person monitors that mailbox; there is no self-service privacy dashboard for the waitlist.

2. What the waitlist collects

The waitlist form asks for only two pieces of information:

• your name; and
• your Telegram handle.

The waitlist does not ask for a WhatsApp number, student names, parent details, school names, home addresses, billing records, or lesson information.

We use the waitlist details for one narrow purpose: to contact you about early access to Tutor Atlas. We do not use the waitlist to profile tutors, sell contacts, or improve the product.

3. Who processes the waitlist

The waitlist is handled by Basin. Basin is operated from Canada, uses managed PostgreSQL in Canada, and uses AWS in the United States. That means your waitlist details may be processed outside Singapore.

Basin's data processing agreement is part of its terms for every plan. We rely on that agreement for Basin's handling of the waitlist details and for overseas processing by Basin and its subprocessors.

Basin names subprocessors including AWS, Postmark, Stripe, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Cloud 66, CleanTalk, Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, and the OpenAI API. Not every subprocessor necessarily receives every waitlist submission, but they are part of Basin's declared processing chain.

4. How long we keep it

We keep a waitlist submission for 365 days, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Our operational requirement is for the form processor to apply the same 365-day period.

5. How to ask for deletion

Email hello@tutoratlas.sg and tell us the name or Telegram handle you used for the waitlist. We will look up the submission manually and confirm the request through the submitted Telegram account before deleting the matching waitlist entry from the records we control.

Because a Telegram handle is a contact route, not a stable account key, we will not delete a waitlist entry based only on an emailed name or public handle.

6. Changes before launch

This is a waitlist notice, not the full product privacy policy. Tutor Atlas may need a broader product privacy policy before the assistant itself launches. If the waitlist asks for more than a name and Telegram handle, or if the purpose changes, this page should be updated before that change goes live.
